Foster a results-driven, collaborative environment that champions proactive sales and customer service excellence.
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely, accurate sales and marketing performance reports to stakeholders and hotel ownership. Translate data into actionable insights, providing clear recommendations for ongoing improvement and innovation.
- Industry Engagement: Actively represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to build awareness, generate leads, and stay informed on market developments and customer trends.
- Collaboration with RBH Central Sales Team: Work closely with RBH’s central sales function to ensure the hotel is well-represented in national campaigns, agency partnerships, and strategic initiatives across the wider portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospitality sales role, with a strong track record of meeting—and exceeding—commercial targets across multiple segments.
- Inspiring Leadership: A confident, people-focused leader who knows how to motivate, develop, and guide a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to interpret market trends, business intelligence, and performance data to inform smart, revenue-driving decisions.
- Marketing Awareness: A solid understanding of marketing principles and how they support the sales function, with experience collaborating across teams to deliver aligned campaigns.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build rapport with clients, and clearly articulate strategy at all levels.
