The opportunity
You'll be pivotal in ensuring seamless sales operations and fostering strong relationships. Your responsibilities span from ensuring data quality to providing frontline assistance to customers and supporting our Territory Managers. By contributing your expertise, you'll help drive our success and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
In this role you’ll:
- Build a good working knowledge of our services, the market, and our customers' industries.
- Develop, prioritize, execute, and meet deadlines of daily, weekly, and monthly task lists generated by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Manage the sales team admin, including cars, phones, events, bookings, stock, etc.
- Coordinate with all sales meetings, auctions, conferences, and special events.
- Answer general employee and customer inquiries in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
- Work on developing our market research activities through our current database and prospecting for new potential customers.
- Develop an understanding of competition and track their business.
- Work with our Salesforce CRM by adding new customers, analyzing current activity and developing plans to increase our market penetration.
- Direct all specific inquiries to the appropriate individual in the department.
