Job Summary: IAA, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our IAA team. This person works cross-functionally to create, implement and measure multi-channel, digital-first marketing strategies. Specific focus is in growing awareness of the IAA brand, acquisition, activation and retention of the demand side of the marketplace. This person will work closely with a globally-based Marketing team, and in-country stakeholders to move the UK business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, execution and project management of digital-first, multi-channel marketing strategies across paid media, owned channels and earned channels as applicable.
- Ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment and audience targeting across all campaign touchpoints.
- Tracking, measuring and reporting results from campaigns, events and projects.
- Collaboration with production team to ensure marketing materials have informative, motivating content that resonates with the foreign buyer audience.
- Detailed project management and organisation to ensure work is done on time and with a high degree of quality.
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain campaign documentation, best practices, and repeatable processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or scale campaign execution.
What we are looking for:
- 4-year college degree with emphasis in Marketing.
- 3+ years’ experience successfully implementing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Working knowledge of basic digital marketing tactics including SEM, PPC and social media advertising.
- Experience with Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Automotive industry experience a plus.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team environment.
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task and manage a large volume of work.
- Potential for occasional travel.
