What is the opportunity?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join our Cambridge office on a permanent basis.
In this position you will provide a robust administration function to the wealth management team in an efficient and timely manner.
RBC’s expectation is that from mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Assisting in the account opening process including pre-populating forms
- Submission of new business to administration teams and monitoring transfer of assets
- Processing of payments and liaising with operations department
- Requesting documents and illustrations from providers
- Scanning and sending out documents and correspondence
- Preparing meeting packs and valuations for client appointments and review meetings
- Assisting with diary management
- General ad hoc admin duties
- Efficient handling of letters, telephone calls and handling of email traffic and dealing pro-actively with all other items of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Supports business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
- Accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales
Nice-to-have
- Studying towards a relevant level 3 qualification
- Developing knowledge of Wealth Management, the wider business offering and the Financial Services sector.
