What is the opportunity? Reporting into the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, the TA Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery and management of our end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for roles across RBC Capital Markets, Front Office. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Act as subject matter expert supporting the Front Office Recruiters to deliver a high quality recruitment process to the hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment processes ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Analyse and recommend process improvements where necessary.
- Track and analyse data to determine its accuracy and effectiveness.
- Able to be an ambassador for Capital Markets Front Office both externally and internally.
- Work with the Front Office Recruiters to continually review, amend and implement changes to the recruitment process which lead to positive hiring outcomes.
- Cover for other TA Recruitment Coordinators where necessary and provide administrative support including interview booking, offer letter generation and TA inbox management.

Must Have
- Demonstrable previous recruitment experience (agency or in‑house)
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Highly adaptable and flexible as part of a fast‑paced environment with evolving hiring requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively, strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience of working with LinkedIn, Internet Search tools, Job boards.
- Experience of ATS systems such as WorkDay and SuccessFactors.
