Delivering and maintaining reporting consistency for all regional technology risk reporting at all technology risk committees. Establish regional cross-forum interconnectivity for risk reporting, consuming entity/region/platform specific asset identification outputs to cater for forum specific requirements. Responsible for ensuring all regional metric breaches are identified in a timely manner, determining required management actions to address breaches and/or reviewing and challenging appropriateness of existing actions to address underlying root causes. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regional regulatory technology reporting requirements. Oversee execution of the regional IT asset identification process in UK and EU, ensuring data outputs are effectively reviewed and attested, in line with all applicable requirements. Tracking and reporting of ‘path to green’ for all regional metric breaches. Analyse regional metric trends and make recommendations for new metrics, enhancements to existing metrics and calibration of metric thresholds. Anticipate future reporting requirements to ensure internal and external regional needs are incorporated into the global reporting strategy and roadmap. Translate regional metric breaches into risk-based outcomes, ensuring strong connectivity between underlying data insights and risk-informed threat scenarios. Translating non-region-specific actions and large programs into region-specific consumable and bespoke risk reporting. Establish regional foundation for GITR data model to support future region‑specific data‑driven risk identification, assessment and reporting activities. Remain enthusiastic during times of change and communicate support for Management Decisions.
