The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The role is to develop, plan, implement and maintain the Physical Security Risk (PSR) program and stewardship of the Facility Threat & Risk Assessment (FTRA) and Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) Programs on an Enterprise-wide basis for all Global RBC business units. Support the Executive Protection and Event Security Program across the region. This role requires 4 days in the office. Ability to travel to support business requirements (Travel 10-15 %).
What will you do?
- Responsible for identifying/analyzing current and emerging physical security risk through continuous FTRA’s of critical facilities and accurately defining and analysing security trends, and for assisting in the policy and program guideline.
- Lead the PSR team in the delivery of exceptional service that builds trust through responsive, accurate, consistent, knowledgeable, and available risk services and support.
- Provide subject matter expert recommendations and guidance to management at all levels, liaise with all stakeholders to ensure sound proactive and reactive measures in security risk management and solutions.
- Support regional CSM team across all pillars.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must-have: Leadership and management qualification. Industry related qualifications CPP/CSMP/PSP or willingness to undertake in the first 2 years. Project Management experience. Membership of professional body ISMI/ASIS/Security Inst/NEBOSH/ILM. Emergency response and planning experience.
- Nice-to-have: Extensive prior experience in Security Risk or related risk environment business verticals and relevant post-secondary education from an accredited college or university. Experience of conducting risk assessments. Excellent computer skills familiar with all MS platforms.
