We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join the Global Investment Banking (GIB) Transportation Team in our London office. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the marketing and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt, Equity and other financial advisory services.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Assisting in execution of mandated deals
- Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Creating financial model analyses
- Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
- Building company forecast models
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments
- Producing and maintaining various databases
- General research
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities
What do you need to succeed?
- Must-have University degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in investment banking or equivalent
- Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used
