The Regional Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive business and analytical data and strategy evaluation to the EMEA & APAC Office region, assisting in the management, optimization and decision‑making processes related to the Regional property portfolio as well as the smooth delivery of high‑quality operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and analyze various real estate, workplace and financial data and prepare materials for discussions to facilitate decision‑making at senior leadership level and across various forums to achieve the Bank‑wide and CRE initiatives.
  • Prepare PowerPoint decks, CRE reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior business leaders, liaising as necessary with CRE Centers of Excellence (Monthly / ad hoc).
  • Support the Regional CRE Leadership ahead of material issuance for the function and act as the point of contact to help manage issues / solve problems.
  • Work with the Occupancy Planning team and regional CRE Leadership to maintain accuracy of CRE data which will form the basis for a data‑informed design and decision making.
  • Assist in the development of Options Analysis – the evaluation of potential sites and properties, providing recommendations on location, cost, and technical suitability, working through our service and functional support partners.
  • Take leadership on the maintenance and updating of playbooks and process documents for the region.
  • Coordinate budget preparation, monitoring spends against budget.
  • Deliver efficiency, change and functional performance agendas, including monthly monitoring and reporting of CRE performance against agreed score cards, undertaking trend analysis and proactively flagging opportunities.

Qualifications (Must‑have):

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Solid real estate experience with a strong understanding of portfolio / client relationship management experience in facilities operations and project management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data governance, problem‑solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Expert in PowerPoint and data analysis, synthesizing information and strategy/problem‑solving solutions.
  • Strong cost control, client focus, responsiveness to business goals and strategic business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ensure employees and service providers understand RBC vision, as well as support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to RBC goals.
  • No direct reports but significant collaboration across real‑estate strategy teams, informally managing/influencing a team of peers to reach a common goal on behalf of the client.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and the ability to learn and work within RBC policies & procedures.
