What is the opportunity?
To be part of the Pan-European Equity sales team in Europe, helping to build the Global Equity franchise. To drive client revenue across the Global Equities platform.
What will you do?

  • Drive Advisory votes and revenues across the payment channels from a combination of both hedge fund and long only clients.
  • Collaborate with partners across Global Equities across every Global Equities product channel to drive revenue and share for Global Equities across Advisory, HT, Elec, PT, Derivatives, Research, Equity Capital Markets (ECM)/ Global Investment Banking (GIB), and deliver this effectively to our UK client base focused on the total GE result.
  • Set ambitious revenue / market share / vote / interaction targets and drive strategic client growth plans for the UK client base
  • Help lead maximum engagement and develop growth initiatives with our key Global stakeholders Research, Trading, Global Investment Banking (GIB), Derivatives
  • Drive cross selling across Global Markets asset classes, and with our Senior Relationship Management (SRM) team - to drive a deep partnership approach to clients
  • Work with ECM/ GIB partners to drive growth in ECM revenues globally Europe, North America, Australia
  • Work with the Director(s) of Research in Europe and Globally, to maximize impact, visibility, share and payment for our product
  • Author, and help improve daily sales research email in collaboration with sales colleagues
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
  • Must have proven, seasoned client relationships across the UK Long Only landscape
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience in Pan- European Equities product
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to successfully cross sell multiple products
  • Proven track record of year-on-year incremental sales revenue
  • Experience working and collaborating in a dynamic Cash Equity Sales role
  • Experience as a Salesperson, understanding of the importance of leadership behaviors and ability to instill and demonstrate them drive to impact, act urgently, adapt quickly, always learn, unlock the power of colleagues and partners
  • Strong PC skills specifically in Microsoft Office applications and a proficient Bloomberg user
