The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role moving recruitment processes forward, maintaining momentum and engagement through the coordination and execution of vital administrative responsibilities. By supporting Associate Directors (ADs) in Talent Acquisition, you will assist with managing and delivering on tasks throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Functions across all business lines (e.g. Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing, HR), for our Wealth Management and Capital Markets platforms in the UK and Europe.
What will you do?
- Accurately prepare employment contracts for new hires to be sent out in the same day.
- Provide hiring managers with real-time guidance on how to navigate WorkDay and the RBC intranet, walking them through the recruitment lifecycle steps so they are fully cognisant of each step of the recruitment process.
- Support the ADs and Head of Talent Acquisition managing recruitment processes to ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience is delivered.
- Analyse and recommend process improvements where necessary.
- Track and analyse data to determine its accuracy and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively and work with the wider HR centres of expertise, e.g. Employee Relations, Compensation, Global Mobility, HR Business Partners, TalentCycle onboarding team, to ensure shared departmental objectives are achieved.
- Work with the wider TA team to continually review, amend and implement changes to selection and assessment process which lead to positive hiring outcomes.
- Cover for other TA Administrators and Coordinators where necessary and provide administrative support including interview scheduling, offer letter generation and TA inbox management.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have- Demonstrable previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, candidates, hiring managers.
- Experience discussing or negotiating offers.
- Highly adaptable and flexible as a part of a fast-paced environment with evolving hiring requirements.
- Preferred working style being proactive and on the front-foot, rather than reactive and firefighting.
- Enjoyment serving and supporting others and anticipating needs of team and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively, strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience working with LinkedIn, internet search tools, job boards.
- Experience of ATS systems such as WorkDay and SuccessFactors.
- Demonstrable previous recruitment experience in financial services.
