As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be the engine driving our recruitment processes forward, ensuring momentum and engagement at every step. Supporting the team of recruiters and the head of talent acquisition, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process across the Wealth Management Europe business. A critical part of this role is interview scheduling—you’ll be the mastermind behind seamless coordination, ensuring candidates and hiring managers connect efficiently. This is a varied, demanding, and incredibly rewarding role where your ability to prioritise, react quickly, and stay proactive will shine. You will be a talented recruitment professional or a passionate individual eager to launch a recruitment career. What Will You Do?

  • Move recruitment at lightning speed: Prepare and send employment contracts same‑day, ensuring no delays in onboarding top talent.
  • Be the go‑to expert: Guide hiring managers through WorkDay and RBC’s intranet, empowering them to navigate the recruitment lifecycle with confidence.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure seamless processes for candidates.
  • Drive efficiency: Analyse data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements or technology/AI adoption to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate across HR: Work closely with Employee Relations, Compensation, Global Mobility, and more to align on shared goals.
  • Support the team: Manage interview scheduling, generate offer letters, cover for other recruitment coordinators across platforms, and keep the recruitment inbox running smoothly.
  • Stay proactive: Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and keep the team firing on all cylinders.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must Have

  • Recruiter or recruitment coordination experience (agency or in‑house) with a knack for building strong relationships, or transferable skills from a related role.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced environments: Highly adaptable, flexible, and always one step ahead.
  • Proactive mindset: You don’t just react—you anticipate and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills: Juggle priorities with ease and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Tech‑savvy: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems / CRMs such as WorkDay and Phenom, or confidence using the full Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to Have

  • Recruitment experience in a regulated industry.
