The Regional Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive business and analytical data and strategy evaluation to the EMEA & APAC Office region, assisting in the management, optimization and decision-making processes related to the Regional property portfolio as well as the smooth delivery of high-quality operations.
The role involves data analysis, market research, reporting and building strategy packs to align with CRE’s vision. This role requires 4 days in the office.
What will you do?
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and analyze various real estate, workplace and financial data.
- Prepare materials for discussions to facilitate decision-making at senior leadership level and across various forums.
