We’re looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Management (CRM) Associate to join our Data Advisory and Optimisation team in the heart of London (or sunny Jersey!). Reporting to our CRM Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Wealth Management Europe Salesforce platform running like a well‑oiled machine. Think of yourself as the bridge between users, tech teams, and big‑picture strategy—ensuring everyone gets the support they need while driving innovation forward. Your mission? To optimise processes, solve problems, and empower users through training, troubleshooting, and seamless system upgrades. You’ll collaborate with bright minds across business and tech, champion data quality, and play a key role in rolling out changes that make a real impact. This is a permanent, full‑time role with 4 days in the office (London or Jersey) — perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, relationship‑driven environment.
What Will You Do?
- Tackle user queries and keep our Salesforce platform humming.
- Create training materials, coach users, and ensure everyone feels confident with the tools.
- Support the CRM Manager in rolling out updates, coordinating testing, and making sure new features land smoothly.

- Maintain documentation, track progress in Jira, and ensure no detail slips through the cracks.
