Join our newly created Strategic Business Enablement team, where we transform complex data into strategic insights and optimise organisational processes to drive business growth. This team empowers leadership decision-making while enabling employees across the global organisation to focus on their core strategic work.

You will be an Analyst optimising organisational efficiency and employee experience by streamlining processes, implementing automation solutions, and coordinating data‑driven improvements that eliminate administrative friction. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, innovative early‑career professional interested in bringing fresh perspectives to a varied role with high visibility and creative autonomy within a business strategy and management environment in asset management.

You are high‑achieving, go‑getting and want to build immediate credibility with senior stakeholders from day one, while fully owning and coordinating processes end to end. You'll drive meaningful change across our global organisation while developing expertise in process innovation, employee experience design, and operational excellence. This is a permanent, full‑time role and requires 4 days in the office at 100 Bishopsgate, London.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Enablement And Experience: Responsible for end‑to‑end coordination of employee lifecycle touchpoints for all regions (including onboarding, offboarding and transfers), collaborating with HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless experience for employees and managers. Serve as central liaison for Enterprise Functional teams to provide service feedback, resolve bottlenecks, and optimise workflows. Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, collaborating with HR, Communications and global Employee Engagement teams.
  • Talent Development and Workforce Planning: End‑to‑end coordination of the summer intern programme and other early talent programmes. Collaborate with HR to provide data‑driven insights into workforce trends, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Partner with HR to identify skills gaps and support the implementation of training or development programmes to address employee and business needs.
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement: Manage critical employee and business processes, identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and optimise workflows to reduce administrative burdens and enhance operational efficiency. Partner with teams to evaluate and recommend new technologies or processes that could enhance organisational efficiency. Develop and maintain operational analytics and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact of key operational and employee initiatives.
  • Ad‑hoc Strategic Projects and Reporting: Support ad‑hoc strategic projects e.g. international office changes. Support Business Reporting processes to ensure team resilience and coverage. Operational efficiency KPI development and tracking.
Qualifications
  • Must‑have: Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project coordination, or operational support. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, reporting platforms) and ability to develop meaningful operational metrics and KPIs. Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments, managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Ability to work within a close‑knit environment both at a team and organisational level. Experience managing expectations and communications across multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and timelines in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Genuine interest in business strategy, organisational development and employee experience. A growth mindset and self‑starting personality with a keen attention to detail. Curious and eager to continuously learn and improve.
  • Nice‑to‑have: University degree or similar/equivalent. Demonstrated experience using GenAI tools or coding to enhance analytical work, create process efficiencies and automate manual processes. Professional experience in operations, project management, consulting, or similar coordination‑focused role. Experience in asset management or matrixed financial services organisation.
