We’re excited to offer a unique 12‑month secondment / fixed‑term contract in our dynamic London team – perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, relationship‑driven environment. This role is your chance to step into a high‑impact position, supporting two key leaders: the Head of Wealth Management Europe (WME) Credit & Banking Solutions and the Head of Wealth Management (WM) Credit & Banking Solutions Strategic Initiatives & Product Strategy. You’ll be at the heart of both business‑as‑usual operations and strategic initiatives, coordinating projects, reporting, and administration for our Credit and Banking Solutions teams. With 4 days in the office (London) and 1 day remote, this role offers the ideal balance for someone who loves building lasting connections while driving results.
What will you do?
- Be the organisational backbone for our leaders, managing diaries with precision and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, rooms, and refreshments.
- Juggle priorities, using your initiative to solve challenges with minimal supervision.
- Build strong relationships across the team and with WME leaders – ensuring what needs to get done gets done.
- Keep policies and products on track, ensuring reviews and refreshes are timely and tools are up to date.
- Empower our teams by tracking training needs and helping prepare materials for key governance meetings – think committees where our leaders shape strategy.
