A 13‑month Fixed‑Term contract starting in September. The role provides high‑quality assistance to the administrative support of the Emerging Markets Equities investment team and supports the wider office.
What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to a team of 12 people, including diary management.
- Arrange all logistics related to the annual team offsite.
- Arrange travel for team members: flights, hotels, visas, taxis, etc.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and calls.
- Assist with preparation of presentation material for meetings.
- Process expenses and manage the team's travel budget.
- Perform general ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Provide back‑up support for other teams and assistants.
What do you need to succeed?
- Relevant administrative support experience, preferably in an investment management environment.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Proven ability to work and communicate with varying levels of seniority.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
