Overview
We are looking for a VP or Director to join our Multi‑Asset Structuring team in London.
This role will be responsible for supervising and executing all marketing‑related activities supporting structuring and sales efforts across Global Markets, driving the firm's top priorities as they evolve.
What will you do?
- Align with business objectives and product strategy to create go‑to‑market plans, using knowledge of products, market, customers and competitors to develop marketing initiatives that clearly communicate the unique value our products bring to clients.
- Act as a strategic partner to Global Markets Sales and Relationship Management, working on various projects and diving into important initiatives that impact the RBCCM globally.
- Work on cross‑functional teams with senior‑level business partners to execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop presentations on various marketing initiatives and programs to share with RBCCM leadership and other internal and external partners.
- Collaborate across businesses to develop product positioning, messaging and cross‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Work with analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Develop marketing product‑related content for multi‑channel campaigns across a wide variety of media, including brochures, pitch books, websites, videos, podcasts, email campaigns, presentations, and events.
- Deliver creative, compelling and innovative marketing ideas that enhance positioning and impact of global marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
- Manage asset development with internal creative teams or external agencies to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Identify, escalate and remediate issues that could directly or indirectly lead to the unfair treatment of customers and that could affect the firm's obligations to deliver good outcomes for retail clients in accordance with the FCA Consumer Duty Principle (where applicable).

- Significant experience in Financial Services Marketing or Management Consulting; prior experience with Capital Markets preferred.
- Good understanding of financial products.
