What is the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our London office and support our Client Complaints Team. This role involves recording, triaging, and managing the end-to-end complaints process.

You will provide procedural guidance, prepare reports, manage data, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal deadlines.

What will you do?

  1. Support the entire complaints management process.
  2. Oversee the 3-day complaint resolution process.
  3. Manage mailbox and database operations.
  4. Assist in producing management information and reports.
  5. Review and undertake detriment calculations.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Experience in an administrative role within a complaints or financial services environment.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
  • Understanding of the regulatory complaints process.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Wealth Management.
