What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our London office and support our Client Complaints Team. This role involves recording, triaging, and managing the end-to-end complaints process.
You will provide procedural guidance, prepare reports, manage data, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal deadlines.
What will you do?
- Support the entire complaints management process.
- Oversee the 3-day complaint resolution process.
- Manage mailbox and database operations.
- Assist in producing management information and reports.
- Review and undertake detriment calculations.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Experience in an administrative role within a complaints or financial services environment.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
- Understanding of the regulatory complaints process.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in Wealth Management.
