We are looking for an Associate to be part of the Global Cash Equity sales team in Europe, helping to build the Global Equity franchise. You will drive institutional and corporate client revenue in collaboration with other teams across the Global Equities, and broader RBC platform.

What will you do?

  • Drive client revenue and client relationships across Global Equities, primarily in Europe and Globally where required.
  • Generate revenue from marketing RBC's research product, client interactions, idea generation.
  • Collaborate across all GE platform products to cross sell; including but not limited to Electronic, Equity Derivatives and ETFs.
  • Support our GIB franchise by marketing and placing primary transactions, ECM/Corporate brokership feedback and pitches as required.
  • Work collaboratively within GE and the whole CM organisation to identify more opportunities and drive long term growth.
  • Undertake and pass all required FCA exams and registrations.
  • Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business.
  • Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.
  • Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions promptly.

  • Must-have FCA Registration.
  • Knowledge across the full GE product suite.
  • Ability to develop, market and monetize.
  • Nice-to-have European language/s is an advantage.
