What is the opportunity? You will be an Associate Director in the Investment Marketing team, covering both Fixed Income and Equities Marketing across EMEA and APAC, with a focus primarily on Germany, Switzerland and France, (in addition to other regional responsibilities). The role requires familiarity with the intermediary channel, but also covering the institutional channel, as well as the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns for these investment audiences. This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.
What will you do?
- Aligning to the business and marketing strategies and objectives, work with distribution to develop and execute regional marketing plans and campaigns for Germany, Switzerland and France intermediary and institutional channels, in addition to other regions.
- Work with the Content team to develop appropriate thought leadership for the audiences and ensure accurate translations.
- With other internal stakeholders, plan and execute marketing campaigns for EMEA and APAC that include fixed income, equities and alternatives strategies.
- Across all activity - but specifically for campaigns - work with Digital Marketing to define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, identify areas for improvement and provide regular insights to the broader team and stakeholders, including feeding into regular reporting.
- Manage relationships with third-party media and creative agencies to place advertising on focus strategies and produce marketing collateral, videos and podcasts.
- Work with the Events Director to plan and execute marketing strategy around key events to maximise brand impact and amplify lead generation.

- Previous relevant experience of managing marketing campaigns within the intermediary and institutional channels.
- Advanced project and process management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and multitask.
- Technical skill set to report data, recognise trends, and analyse and communicate the outcome of campaigns.
- Team player who collaborates with stakeholders across the firm and any relevant third parties.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment and familiarity with compliance requirements.
- German language proficiency, French a bonus.
