Join Our Team: Data Support Specialist – Wealth Management Europe

We’re looking for a Data Support Specialist to join our Wealth Management Europe team in Jersey. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do?

Working within our dynamic team, you’ll support a range of data-related activities:

• Support CRM initiatives, manage queries, and handle reporting and access requests
• Work with our 5Series data platform—querying data, creating, and enhancing dashboards, and maintaining data accuracy
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and support process improvements
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by helping execute action plans and monitoring progress
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support the design, testing, and rollout of new functionality
• Document progress, track actions in JIRA, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
• Provide operational support to the Data Advisory & Optimisation Team

What you need to succeed?

Must-Have

• Financial sector experience: You’ve worked on data solutions in a financial services environment.
• Project management and task leadership skills: You’re comfortable leading tasks and managing your deliverables.
• Strong communication and Collaboration: You are experienced in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating effectively.
• Proactive mindset: You’re self-driven, results-oriented, and ready to take initiative.

Nice-to-have

• Business analyst or related experience in a financial services environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
