An exciting opportunity to join the growing RBC BlueBay Asset Management Team. You will be responsible for supporting and helping to execute the agreed sales/service plan for UK and Irish client base and supporting the broader team for multi-regional clients and prospects as requested.

What will you do?

  • Help execute the sales/service plan for UK Institutions in line with the broader channel/GBD strategy and in support of the firm’s objectives.
  • Support UK Institutional team members to further strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Support the execution of the agreed strategic priorities to further diversify the firm AUM into a FIG client base, in line with the broader channel/GBD strategy and in support of the firm’s objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a successful sales team/GBD performance.
  • Maintain and leverage the Client Management System (currently Salesforce) to ensure the effective service of clients and prospects – this includes taking responsibility for the quality of the data input into the Client Management System.
  • Support colleagues in monitoring and reporting market and regulatory developments relevant for the channel/GBD strategy.
