To provide Investment Banking services (M&A, ECM, DCM and leverage finance) to corporate and private equity clients within the Industrials team.

What will you do?

  • Assist in the marketing and execution of M&A, equity financing and debt financing transactions
  • Work in close co-operation with other local and global teams in coverage of the Industrials sector
  • Assist in execution of mandated deals
  • Assist in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
  • Gather public information through numerous sources
  • Create financial model analyses
  • Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis
  • Draft marketing documents for clients
  • Produce and maintain various databases
  • Conduct general research

What do you need to succeed - must have?

  • Experience within Investment Banking or within a Transaction Advisory team would be desirable
  • Sound judgment and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used in Investment Banking
