To provide Investment Banking services (M&A, ECM, DCM and leverage finance) to corporate and private equity clients within the Industrials team.
What will you do?
- Assist in the marketing and execution of M&A, equity financing and debt financing transactions
- Work in close co-operation with other local and global teams in coverage of the Industrials sector
- Assist in execution of mandated deals
- Assist in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gather public information through numerous sources
- Create financial model analyses
- Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis
- Draft marketing documents for clients
- Produce and maintain various databases
- Conduct general research
What do you need to succeed - must have?
- Experience within Investment Banking or within a Transaction Advisory team would be desirable
- Sound judgment and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used in Investment Banking
