We are seeking an Administrator for Wealth Management Europe (WME) Operations to join our Jersey office on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. You will perform core operational and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently whilst supporting daily team activities and maintaining data integrity across WME legal entities.
This is a permanent, full-time role requiring you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office and flexibility to work 1 day from home – giving you the flexibility to do your best work while maintaining genuine team connection.
What will you do?
- Produce work to a high level of accuracy, in a timely manner, and to relevant Service Level Agreement's and operational standards
- Support your line manager in ensuring departmental guides, processes, and procedures are current and accurate
- Support the accurate production of management information and reporting using tools such as ActiveOps
- Escalate issues appropriately to management in relation to risks, errors, and workload completion
- Understand team goals and their relationship to wider group strategy
- Identify and highlight opportunities for simplification and innovation through continuous improvements in working practices
- Support the delivery of operational projects where appropriate
- Ensure adherence to all policies and regulatory codes of conduct, and contribute to a positive working environment upholding RBC group values

- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to deal with conflicting priorities
- Professional communication ability across written and oral formats
- Good level of IT proficiency with effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-have
- Demonstrable understanding of the Financial Services sector
- Experience in an operational or administrative environment
- Familiarity with regulatory codes of conduct and compliance requirements
