We’re seeking a Wealth Paraplanner to join our high-performing London team at a transformative time for RBC Brewin Dolphin. This role supports advisors delivering complex wealth solutions and financial strategies that drive client success. Experience with estate planning, trusts, offshore bonds, and pensions is desirable, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Note: RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Craft bespoke financial plans: Translate client aspirations into actionable strategies, leveraging your deep technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with Wealth Managers, Administrators, and product providers to deliver seamless, compliant advice.
- Mentor and innovate: Guide junior team members while refining processes to ensure excellence at every touchpoint.
- Drive client success: From suitability reports to portfolio reviews, your work will empower clients to achieve their long-term goals.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Proven expertise: CII or CISI Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) and previous experience as a Paraplanner dealing in complex advice areas (estate planning, trusts, offshore bonds, pensions etc).
- Technical ability: Confidence with financial planning software and a knack for dissecting investments, tax strategies, and pensions.
- Collaborative spirit: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, progressive culture.
Nice-to-have
- Working towards, or attained CII or CISI Level 6 or equivalent.
