You will be a Commercial Intelligence Manager, driving data-driven decision-making across the Intermediary channel while leading critical back-office integration initiatives and supporting strategic business priorities. This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 4 days in the office. The role is open to candidates within a commutable distance to any of our Brewin Dolphin office locations.

What will you do?

  • Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and implementation of back-office integration solutions, overseeing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.
  • Develop and deliver actionable business intelligence and insights for Business Development Managers and external Independent Financial Advisers, transforming complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics aligned with channel objectives, ensuring data quality and relevance.
  • Potentially manage and mentor Insight Analysts to expand analytics capability and foster continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the Data Office, Intermediaries Office, Sales Support, and Change and Transformation to unlock insights and optimise processes.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing targeted recommendations on channel performance, bottlenecks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support channel-led and bank-wide initiatives to drive adoption and maximise return on investment.
  • Ensure seamless system integration across all platforms to enhance operational efficiency.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Extensive experience within Wealth Management in a comparable role.
  • Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Robust project management capabilities with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience dealing with large datasets and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to construct persuasive insight stories.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, high organisational standards, and the ability to multi-task whilst responding to changing priorities.

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • People management experience.
  • Experience within an intermediaries function within wealth management.
