We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in London as a Client Services Specialist.
What will you do?
- Respond to all types of inquiries in a timely manner via our website, phone, or email.
- Speak confidently to prospective clients to help identify their needs and direct them to an appropriate adviser or third party.
- Manage referral data and work with the data insights team to produce reports for senior management meetings.
- Respond to inquiries from the client‑facing teams at RBC Brewin Dolphin.
- Identify and suggest process and customer service improvements where appropriate.
- Work long‑term to identify existing clients who may benefit from the wider RBC product offering.
- Support team organisation including diary management, travel booking, and expense processing.
- Support internal projects working with individuals from around the business under the direction of the line manager.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must‑have: Customer/client‑facing experience.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach to work; a true team player who can develop and maintain effective working relationships.
