What is the opportunity?
Members of the Chief Administration Office (CAO) are the first point of contact for Client Facing Teams. We work in partnership with leaders across various areas of the business such as compliance, risk, finance, tax, legal, operations, technology, change and marketing to deliver pragmatic solutions and build strong relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our CAO team as an experienced Business Process Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract.
RBC’s expectation is that from mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
What will you do?
- Develop effective processes with the Wealth Management Europe (WME) core business to support improvements of client service.
- Identify areas, to improve efficiency and quality of business performance, resolve issues and risks.
- Maintain and update the process inventory.
- Design and maintain Navigational Guides and ‘How to’ Guides for client facing business partners.
- Support CFT adoption of business process.
- Support the implementation of process change for client facing teams.
- Act as subject matter expert on business projects and act as a key point of contact to support query resolution.
- Achieve the required targets set out by Head of Department / Exco/ Audit.
- Build strong relationships across all areas of the business.
- Assist with the preparation for meetings, focus groups and production of meeting materials.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Proven experience in financial planning.
- Knowledge of the advice and Financial Planning (FP) operational process and how it is used in financial planning.
- Good understanding of financial markets/risk management techniques/regulatory requirements.
- Experienced and competent at managing business projects and coordinating business initiatives in a structured manner.
- Numerate and able to define MI fit for purpose.
