The successful candidate will join the newly established Solutions Enablement Team, supporting advisers to open cash accounts for existing RBC Brewin Dolphin clients. This team bridges RBC Brewin Dolphin and RBC WME and is critical to integrating these entities. With firmwide targets, we need to develop a team to support the onboarding process and continuously improve the client experience.
This role is primarily process driven but also involves interaction with Brewin Dolphin Advisers and their clients. Employees will typically work in the office with some flexibility to work up to one day per week remotely.
What will you do?
- Implement the onboarding lifecycle for all client types including HNWIs, corporates, trusts, and charities.
- Build trust with internal stakeholders to enhance confidence in the process and client experience.
- Act as a contact for internal partners and clients, providing expert support for day‑to‑day banking and operational requirements.
- Support Advisers with sales pipeline management, helping convert leads into prospects.
- Enrich and align client data across RBC WME and RBC BD, maintaining and updating records in Client Engage and Salesforce.
- Complete BD Adviser Service Requests for client accounts promptly.
- Serve as the first line of defense for key activities, ensuring requests are dealt with compliantly and escalating risk events immediately.
- Collaborate with business partners to suggest process improvements and identify training needs for the wider adviser community.
