We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team, overseeing and managing a range of steel construction/erection projects across multiple locations within the UK. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience with a strong background in the construction of steel framed buildings and a broad understanding of disciplines within the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide best value solutions to clients whilst also maintaining consistent profit margins for the Company.
- Maintain best value from approved suppliers and/or develop networks to seek new suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Maintain and enhance current client relationships and develop new business opportunities through research, word of mouth, existing contracts, etc.
- Project handover familiarity with procurement processes is essential.
- Strong knowledge of legal drafting, document review, and compliance management practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and presenting complex contractual information clearly.

You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple contracts within programme and to budget and will develop positive relationships with parties associated with the contract.
