We are currently looking for a Baker Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working hours:
Straight shifts, 48 hours a week
What you will do:
- To lead the section, reporting to the Head of Production, assisting with managing and mentoring a team of up to 8 people.
- To ensure that all the products are baked and presented to excellent quality.
- Managing food and stock rotation, following our recipes and SOP’s in place.
- Organising mise en place, and the team accordingly to the business needs.
What are we looking for?
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous.
- Previous experience in the same role is essential, within a similar environment.
- Experience in Viennoiserie production, lamination and bread shaping.
