We are currently seeking a Sommelier to join our Ground Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours: Shifts between Monday – Saturday. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do:
- Create a seamless journey & outstanding wine experience for guests
- Provide knowledgeable advice to guests on wine selection in a professional and friendly manner and serve all drinks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Take orders for cocktails, aperitifs, spirits, wines, liquors, and soft drinks, attending to guest needs
What are we looking for?
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous in a similar role
- Organised, professional with excellent people skills
- Level 2 WSET Qualification advantageous
