We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Sous Pastry Chef to join our luxury private members’ club, supporting the operations of our three pastry kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity for a pastry professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

Working hours:

  • 48 hours a week with shift starts from either 11:30am/3:30pm
  • Sunday off

What you will do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the pastry kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Support menu development, seasonal creations, and innovative dessert offerings alongside the Head Pastry Chef.
  • Manage stock, ordering, production planning, and cost control to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Lead, train, and develop the pastry team while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance.

  • Previous experience in a similar pastry role within a hospitality environment
  • Strong pastry knowledge and passion for quality food production
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work on own initiative
