We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our luxury private members’ club, supporting the operations of our three pastry kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity for a pastry professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

Working hours:
- 48 hours a week with shift starts from either 11:30am or 3:30pm

- Inspire and support junior chefs, helping to maintain the highest culinary standards.
- Champion food safety, quality, and efficiency while contributing to menu innovation and continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role within hospitality
- Experience working across multiple outlets in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for pastry and food innovation
- Reliable, hardworking, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards consistently
