In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Host to join our team at Nico’s restaurant. Working Hours: 45 hours per week, working on a rota basis Earliest shift starts at 10am and latest finish is 12am, depending on business needs Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week What you will do: Greet, seat, and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner Manage telephone enquiries and reservations efficiently, maintaining a high level of communication Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and service styles while managing table lay-up and mise-en-place before, during, and after service. What are we looking for?
