We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team at Oswald’s, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 p/a!

5 day working week between Monday – Saturday on a rota basis. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
What you will do:- Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
- To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional fine‑dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
- Supervise and train junior waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.
- Provide detailed menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods and styles of service.
- Significant experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest‑handling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
