With the business growing at pace, this is an exciting time to join the company. We are now seeking a Group Financial Control Manager to join our Group Finance Team, working in close collaboration with senior finance leadership and based at our Head Office in Mayfair.

The key responsibilities of our Group Financial Control Manager will be:
Play a key role in strengthening the financial control environment across a growing international hospitality group with operations in the UK and US.
Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and balance sheet integrity.
Drive finance transformation through automation, AI adoption and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Take ownership of Group-wide financial controls, statutory reporting, treasury activities and external audit delivery.
Oversee cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and liquidity planning to support business growth.
Partner with senior leaders across the business, providing financial insight and influencing strategic decision-making.
Support strategic projects including acquisitions, business expansion and corporate restructuring initiatives.
Act as a trusted deputy to the Group Financial Controller, helping deliver the Group's financial and commercial objectives

Experience and qualities required to be our Group Financial Control Manager include:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), ideally trained within a Big Four or Top 10 practice, with strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, statutory reporting and audit.
Strong experience across financial control, tax compliance, treasury management and cash flow forecasting, ideally within a multi-site or international organisation.
Proven track record of enhancing financial controls, driving process improvements and delivering finance systems and automation projects.
Solid experience in month-end reporting, balance sheet management and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners.
Advanced analytical and systems capability, including ERP systems, reporting tools and finance technology solutions; experience with NetSuite, Planful, Power BI, Power Platform or Python is advantageous.
Commercially astute, highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
