Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald's, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea.

In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime's, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our Upper Floor Bar team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours

  • Shifts are between Monday - Saturday
  • Shifts range between 9:30am - 2am on a rota basis
  • The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.

What you will do

  • Ensure a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
  • Prepare classic and modern cocktails as well as full drinks.
  • Table service to members and their guests

What we are looking for?

  • Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous
