It will blend elevated dining, a state‑of‑the‑art wellness centre, beautifully curated meeting and drawing rooms, and exceptional business support — all styled with the unmistakable flair that defines the Robin Birley clubs.
RB Holdings has established an in-house design studio to deliver ultra-prime hospitality and luxury business projects. We are now seeking an Architectural Assistant with excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for materials and detailing, and the ability to support the production of accurate schedules, drawings, and sample management.
Portfolio requirements with application:
- Please provide examples of production drawings, FF&E schedule, a procurement tracker, any technical drawings to demonstrate understanding and coordination, and a sample board with technical notes.
- Please note applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
What you will do as Architectural Assistant:
- Manage the physical and digital materials and samples library and support with FF&E inventory.
- Assist in producing and updating drawings (plans, elevations, simple details) & assist in preparing tender/construction packages.
- Maintain and update project schedules.
- Create design presentations for Client/ PD presentations in line with design standards and company branding.
- Support the team with procurement trackers, sample approvals, and presentation materials.
- Support the Interior Architect in creating the ID Studio infrastructure.
- Attend site occasionally to assist with surveys, mock-ups, and sample reviews.

Working Hours:
- Monday- Friday studio-based role with site attendance.

What are we looking for?
- 3–5 years’ experience in interior architecture (high-end residential or hospitality experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit, SketchUp or Rhino desirable – must have drawing proficiency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Good Excel and schedule management skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing samples and documentation.
