We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

The responsibilities of our Kitchen Production Assistant are:
- Assist with sandwich preparation and assembly
- Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to recipes
- Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods
- Packing and labeling baked products for distribution
- Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards
- Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Kitchen Production Assistant are:
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential
Working Hours: On a rota basis 5 days out of 7. Shifts from 8am-6pm / 9am-7pm.
