Please note this role is based in our pastry production kitchen based near Battersea. We are owned and operated by visionary entrepreneur Robin Birley, the force behind the renowned private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street & Oswald’s, alongside our Birley Bakery & Chocolate Shop in Chelsea.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours: Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week, 9am-7pm Shifts (5 days per week).

What you will do:

  • Work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef, & all Pastry Sous Chefs.
  • Support the Pastry team with production tasks, including chocolate cutting, packaging & pressing crackers.
  • Work well within the Pastry team and effectively manage time and tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment desirable.
  • A good knowledge of Pastry, and ability to work on own initiative.
