We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sandwich preparation and assembly
  • Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to recipes.
  • Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods.
  • Pack and label baked products for distribution.
  • Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards.
  • Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production

Experience & Qualifications

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
