Working Hours

45 hours per week, working on a rota basis. Earliest shift starts at 10am and latest finish is 12am, depending on business needs. Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week.

What you will do

  • Greet, seat, and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage telephone enquiries and reservations efficiently, maintaining a high level of communication
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and service styles while managing table lay-up and mise-en-place before, during, and after service

What are we looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role, and type of establishment
  • Knowledge of Sevenrooms, and Salesforce is beneficial
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, approachable and professional manner
