Working Hours
45 hours per week, working on a rota basis. Earliest shift starts at 10am & latest finish is 12am, depending on business needs. Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week.
What you will do:
- Strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service
- Maintain table settings and mise-en-place standards before, during, and after service
- Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service
