Working Hours
Based at our Head Office in Mayfair, with shifts on a rota basis between Monday and Saturday. Sundays are always off. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
Responsibilities
- Answer the main club line and serve as the first point of contact for callers
- Transfer calls internally, take messages, and forward them to the relevant department or person
- Take reservations using SevenRooms, including cancellations, changes, and amendments
Requirements
- Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club (advantageous)
- Excellent phone manner and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the SevenRooms booking system
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent rapport building and interpersonal skills
- Good IT and administrative knowledge
