We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Responsibilities
- Assist with sandwich preparation and assembly
- Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to recipes.
- Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods.
- Pack and label baked products for distribution.
- Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards.
- Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production.
Qualifications
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential.
