RB Holdings has established an Art department, to support an extensive art collection located across the RB Holdings venues. We are now seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Art Cataloguer to work closely with the Art Collections Manager, assisting with the cataloguing, research, and operational management of the collection.
What you will do as Junior Art Cataloguer:
- Support cataloguing, art historical research, and documentation to high professional standards
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and project support to the Art Department
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for UK and international artwork movements
- Liaise with specialist fine art shippers and logistics providers
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external suppliers

Working Hours:
Monday- Friday, 9am-6pm on site. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in art history or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in the art world (auction house or similar environment)
- Strong interest in, and good knowledge of art
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office & familiarity with Art Logic or similar collection management systems
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and maintain high attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or operations within fine art, luxury goods, auction houses, or other high-value asset environments
- Understanding of private client and high-net-worth environments
