We are now seeking a Group Junior IT Systems & Support Specialist, to work within our Group Technology Team, based in our Head office in Mayfair.
What you will do as Group Junior IT Systems & Support Specialist:
- Responsible for the resolution of IT related incidents and tasks that are assigned
- Assist in the delivery and support of projects for the global IT support function
- Undertake both on-site and remote IT support tasks, as well as coordinate partner engineer visits where necessary.
- Responsible for the communication of incident and task status to end users.

Working Hours:
Monday- Friday with hours ranging between either 9am-6pm, or 10-7pm. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.
What are we looking for?
- Previous exposure to IT support or strong technical aptitude
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory basics, Office 365 administration, basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ITSM tools e.g. Halo
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude
- Proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills
