Founded by Robin Birley, our businesses are built on discretion, craftsmanship, and deeply personal service - delivered by teams who take pride in doing things properly. Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Commis Waiter to join our team at Nico’s restaurant.

Working Hours
- 45 hours per week, working on a rota basis
- Earliest shift starts at 10am & latest finish is 12am, depending on business needs
- Mondays off, plus one additional day off per week
What you will do
- Strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service
- Maintain table settings and mise‑en‑place standards before, during, and after service
- Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service
